How to determine the version of Schedule Start Stop

I always worked with a program which the press F1 key will destory my documents,
with AutoWin Software Disable Key,I can simply disable the F1 key.It really help me a lot.

Sometimes I need to start a program at a particular time,and I also want to stop it at a particular time,without AutoWin Software Schedule Start Stop,
